Chef and Owner Adrian Halmagean attended Le Cordon Bleus California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena in 2003, where he was awarded the Directors List of Achievement for International Cuisine. Upon graduating in the top ten percent of his class, he returned to his home town of Temecula to begin his culinary career...

He first interned at The Forge Catering Division in Temecula where he learned the importance of organization and managing a team. He then moved on to work at Osteria Toscana, a Northern Italian style restaurant where he continued to develop his talents and learned the art of simple cooking...

After his time spent at Osteria Toscana, Chef Adrian then went back to work with Chef Gerry Kent at The Forge Catering bringing new ideas and philosophy about food. As the Forges Sous Chef, Adrian created some of the most popular food offered on the Forge Catering Menu.
