After all, it only takes one curious glance across Europe's landscape to realize that gastronomy is one of her favorite pastimes. For us, the creative process begins with purchasing from local farmers and producers to obtain the freshest ingredients of the highest quality.

The terms... made from scratch, unprocessed and original can all be used to describe
both our philosophy and approach. We love the notion of variety and so we offer a seasonally changing menu which will afford our guests the opportunity to explore
and savor assorted European dishes...
