Our specialty is our Dry-Aged Prime Steaks. A dry aged process is used on premises for this process to produce the most favorable steak for your dining experience.

The entire process enhances the steak by two means. First, the steaks natural enzymes break down the tissue within the muscle to give you a very tender piece of meat after our dry aged process takes effect.

Second, the moisture around the steak is evaporated which creates a better tasting steak.
